Five Years in New York


C.O.R.F.I.T. celebrates the 5-year anniversary of the C.O.R.F.I.T. New York Franchise owned and operated by Joseph and Lisa Riccardi.

Mr. Joseph M. Riccardi (Jr.) is a former 2-time "Man-of-the-Year" football star from Marist College in New York (and last cut of the C.F.L.’s Toronto Argonauts) and with the same talent and dedication has built a thriving enterprise with his personal owned fitness studio: Higher Level Health and Fitness.

Joe brings an outstanding athletic and weight training experience record with him into the business. In addition, Joe has earned state-wide recognition as an expert practitioner of the weight-resistance training sciences. As well, Joe has earned an impeccable reputation as an earnest, caring teacher in both his work in certifying aspiring students as well as his one-on-one personal training efforts.

Joe’s status spread very quickly as he immediately established his "cut-above" reputation that has clients clamoring for a place in his classroom or for a slot in his busy personal training calendar. Lisa is also booked solid throughout the week as her outstanding physique and pleasing personality has created a huge following.

The Riccardi’s have upscaled their classroom facility to include the campus of St-Joseph College and plans are being discussed to open a second facility. In addition, they are in the process of solidifying arrangements to sigh a contract with a major (nation-wide) fitness club chain to train all of their training staff.
