C.O.R.F.I.T. is pleased to announce it has recently held its 3rd annual fall conference and certification course in the hometown of its corporate headquarters: Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

The event took place at the exquisite Physical Park Fitness Center in the Montreal suburb of Vaudreuil-Dorion. Physical Park offers an elaborate facility for the C.O.R.F.I.T. students and invitees. The club features include: a corporate boardroom for general seminars and class lectures, an outstanding training floor housing a comprehensive range of state-of-the-art variable resistance machines which are augmented by the latest in an extensive free-weight inventory.

The club also provides a beautiful aerobics room here group training sessions are held as well as a high tech spin-class facility. Add a welcome lounge and restaurant to the mix and you are set for the day.

The class was arranged by Mr. Vince Kuziomko, club fitness director and a host of other titles and duties much too lengthy to outline here. Mr. Kuziomko or "Vinnie" (if you dare) hand-selected an earnest group of students and provided his outstanding teaching skills during practical (hands-on) training sessions.

Included in the class was Mr. Adam Mills, facility operations director at Physical Park who deemed the two-weekend event "a total success".
The course saw 16 students achieve their Personal Trainer and Performance Nutrition certifications and also provided an opportunity for the graduate students to fulfill their teaching assignments in earning their Advanced Biomechanical Analysis certification and Master's Level Teaching diploma.
