Level I Practice
Weight-Resistance Training Methodology
Rationale
The C.O.R.F.I.T. Weight-Resistance Training Methodology program is a practical workshop-style course that provides the student with the necessary practical movement methodology background in order to provide clients with safe and affective hands-on Personal Training and biomechanically sound exercise execution techniques. While completing this course, students are required to complete the C.O.R.F.I.T. Scientific Principles of Weight-Resistance Training concurrently. Upon successful completion of this course as well as the Level I Theory course, students will receive a C.O.R.F.I.T. Personal Trainer Certificate.
For those who wish to take their education further, they may supplement the Level I Theory and Level I Practical C.O.R.F.I.T. courses with the Level II Performance Nutrition course to complete the C.O.R.F.I.T. undergraduate program.
