Elite-Level Personal Trainer Certification

Level I Theory - Scientific Principles of Weight-Resistance Training

The C.O.R.F.I.T. Elite-Level Certification Level I is a home-study course which provides an education in the following three areas of study:

  • Scientific Principles of Aerobic and Anaerobic training: Students will learn the detailed analysis of both endurance (aerobic training) and weight-resistance (anaerobic training).
  • Program Design: Students will become proficient in providing appropriate exercise programs for their trainees.
  • Building a lucrative business:Students will gain pertinent knowledge with which to build a highly-profitable business.

Level I Practice - Weight-Resistance Training Methodology

The C.O.R.F.I.T. Elite-Level Certification Level II is a practical hands-on course which provides an education in the following three areas of study:

  • Movement methodology: Students will learn correct exercise technique as well as proper spotting applications. Students will be able to demonstrate proficiency in both areas of correct technique.
  • Client Communication: Students will learn how to comunicate safely and effectively with their clients during exercise performance.
  • Exercise Portfolio: Students will learn a significant number of weight resistance exercise and well as the specific muscles those exercises will target.

Level II - Performance Nutrition Certification

The C.O.R.F.I.T. Elite-Level certificate Level III provides an education in fundamental scientific principles related to the science of Ergophysiology.

Become a C.O.R.F.I.T. Specialist

Upon graduation of all three levels of the C.O.R.F.I.T. Undergraduate program, you will receive two C.O.R.F.I.T. Certifications:

  • Personal Trainer Certificate
  • Performance Nutrition Certificate

And, most importantly, you will be considered a C.O.R.F.I.T. Specialist. This distinction will allow you to partake in the C.O.R.F.I.T. Postgraduate program and work your way toward an Advanced Biomechanical Analysis Certificate and a Masters-Level Teaching Diploma.
